Hello.

I have SBE2010R3 and DataDomain storage.

Tell me please,  what settings for data stream choose:

- Split data stream every 50 Gb (i choose) 

- data stream chunk size 256 KB (recommendations EMC).

With this settings i have many Media Labels(OST......) in Devices.

My weekly is equal to ~50 Tb.

...50GB files will create a 50GB file, fill it up, and then create a new one and fill it up etc. etc. etc.

You can make it larger, but bear in mind that doing so means that if 1 or more of those B2D files corrupts, you lose more data. You'd have less files as a benefit.

You need to decide what an acceptable size is for your B2D files vs. data lost if 1/more corrupts.
