Date and Time on Print Out on Alerts

Good evening!

Another newbie question:

I have configured BE10D on Windows Server 2003 SP1 to print out a notification once the job has been completed. However, there is neither a date nor a time on the notification (the client is used to seeing this information on the report from the previous back up software). Is there any way to get these two pieces of information on the alert - short of clicking the "include job logs...."? Or, as I suspect, is this the only way?
