Debian 8 support

Hello

I have couple of Debian 6 and 7 with 14.1 sp2 RALUS agents on it. Everything working very well.

I have new one Linux server with Debian 8 on it and problems with RALUS.

When I try to add this server to BEX console during "inserting ..." I get error:

I know that Debian 8 isn't on SCL for 14.1 even for 15 - so is it any workaround to use it? Regards SLawek

Hi,

If it isn't on the SCL then it hasn't been tested and isn't supported. Even if you get a work-around, logging any calls for it would not get you support.

Any workaround won't get you supported. If it isn't on the SCL or there is no TN, then Symantec officially have no work-around.
