Deduplication folder Just Dissapered under devices after....!?

Hi, after i tried to reclaim some space in the deduplication folder according to TECH130103 :

the deduplication folder just dissapered (after a reeboot of the server) under devices and i got the following error messages:

 

 

In BE Alerts:

Backup Exec was unable to initialize and communicate with the device [SYMANTECOstLdr MACF] (The handle is invalid.). Click the link below for more information on how to diagnose the problem.

And in the Windows Application Log i get theese error

anyone have an idea what could have happened!?
