Dell PowerVault TL4000 missing a couple of slots

We have a PowerVault TL4000 that is missing a couple of slots within BackupExec 12.     Is there a limitation on BackupExec 12?

I have BE 12 running with a TL4000 and all 45 slots show. You might want to log into the TL4000 and make sure the settings are correct for how many slots are to be uses. Also BE 12 will not show you I/O slots.
