We have implemented a new Dell Server with a RD1000 Drive. We created removable disk storage with Backup Exec 2010. The backups run, but they don't complete. They are "haning" When we try to stop the job,it tays on cancel pending. The only way to stop the services is to restart the server. Furthermore we annot eject the backup cartridges by pressing the eject button. We have to do it through Backup Exec. Any help will be appreciated.
