Device Errors

I just moved my Exabyte LTO3 Autoloader to a new Dell 2850 Server. I moved my SCSI Card (LSIU320) nad drive and installed 10d. I keep getting hardware errors.

Error reported: The request could not be performed because of an I/O device error.

V-79-57344-34029 A hardware error occured.

The Appication Event log shows many warnings: Adamm mover Error: Write retry!
Error = ERROR_IO_DEVICE

I get hundreds of them per backup. Whre do I begin to look? SCSI ID's are set according to Veritas Troubleshooting guide for Autoloaders. IRQ's are all setup. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. I get anywhere from 60 GB to 100 GB into the job before it fails...
