Hello,

I would suggest a powercycle on the Library

1  : Turn OFF the Server and the Library
2  : Disconnect the Library and turn ON the Server
3  : Turn OFF the Server and connect the Library
4  : Turn ON the Library and let it boot.
5  : Turn ON the Server and check the Device Manager and Backup Exec

Make sure that you use Symantec Drivers for the TAPe Drives and Medium Changer Drive as Unknown Medium Changer (Microsoft Drivers)

Hope this helps....

If the tape drive is HP, am I right to say that i should go to HP to download the device driver?

Or should I rerun the device configurastion wizard and use symantec device driver and how can  i have latest updated.

Tks for your patience
