Difference encountered in file data in verify stage

Hi everyone

We have a problem, since couple weeks ago, our backup system getting this error "Difference encountered in file data" for almost every backup rule and every kind of files (SQL - OS - Data), I have no idea what's the problem.

Our hardware spec is:
Asus RS300-E8-PS4
Quantum Scalar i40
QNAP TS-853U-RP
Windows 2012 R2
Veritas Backup Exec 16.0 Rev. 1142

I restarted the services using BEUtility
I have paused all backup jobs and start one by one
I repaird the veritas using control panel
I scan my server using veritas quick assist and I haven't get much information
I have paused Symantec endpoint protection
Nothing helped

I've read this before
I have this problem with both iSCSI and Tape, I tested the connection but there isn't any problem and I don't have any storage on USB
