I have recently setup backup exec 20.3. My network is mostly closed but has a few connections to other networks thorugh a firewall. Backup Exec is automatically adding servers from those other networks (and in this case, servers that i do not even have IP Routes to). Those servers do have old backup exec agents on them. I am just curious as to how these are being added, as those networks are completely blocked off, with no routes. The firewall is blocking all UDP, TCP and IP via access lists into my network, from those networks.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
