Direct Assist Problems

Direct Assist is not working for me. After I fill out the case information, I received the following message:

There was an error loading the VERITAS DirectAssist Agent. This control is required to gather data from your devices. You may still escalate a case by clicking the following link:

Does anyone know why this is an issue? Although I find the support forums useful, sometimes more urgent matters are better addressed via Direct Assist.

check the security settings of your web browser and add the direct assist site to your trusted sites list...

Also make sure you do this directly on the Backup Exec Media Server.
