hi guys,

Is there any possibility for veritas to create a copy of the folder hierachy automatically in a different location ? This will be very much useful in case of full restoration.  Thanks

hi steve,
Backup Exec can create backups on a schedule. Those backups can only be on tape or disk in a .bkf file format. To create a copy of the original directory tree, a restore is required, however a restorecan't be scheduled for a backup that hasn't occured yet. So Backup Exec can be used to copy directory trees, but not on a scheduled basis.
