Disaster recovery on single server, possible?

Here is the scenario, datacenter blew up.  Only have a single server, os installation media, backexec installation media, and tapes with full backups.

1) Can you recover backupexec and active directory on the same box?

2) If so, what steps need to be taken?

TIA

Yes, it can be done. Read the Preparing for Disaster Recovery chapter in the Admin Guide which can be found in the BE installation directory. Also, read the chapter on IDR for an automated recovery method

Thanks pkh.

The question I posed was too large in scope.  I'm looking for the specific steps to get Backup Exec back to a point where you can start restoring AD.  At this point of the recovery all you have is a piece of working hardware, windows os installed, tapes, and the Backup Exec 2010 installation media.

Great link but there is no information on the steps to get Backup Exec back to the state to use these instructions.
