Does Backup Exec 2010 R3 or later support DPF(data path failover) with IBM Tape Driver on Windows OS?

With BE (All versions) you must use Symantec Drivers for tape drives and Windows driver for Robot. You should not use manufacturer's drivers.

...TSM does it, and if you have MPIO in place, then there should be no reason why there wouldn't be path failover. However, this appears to be limited to Tivoli Storage Manager only...

By using the IBM drivers, it MAY work, but as Kiran said, it would not be officially supported.
