I am checking whether BackupExec support backing-up Kubernetes (k8s) resources (application, persistent volume, namespace, etc.).
I checked the datasheet and whitepapers and other documents about Backup Exec latest version 21,
https://www.veritas.com/protection/backup-exec
But I could not find any mention of k8s support.
On the other hand, I found NetBackup's documents mentioned k8s support. Just not found in Backup Exec's documents.
So, I would like to know, does Backup Exec support backing-up k8s resources? Or I should choose NetBackup?
Is there any official Veritas document comparing the features of Backup Exec and NetBackup, maybe even System Recovery too? To me, they are all backup software, and I couldn't find any info about which of them I should choose for what situation.

If it is not mentioned in the BE SCL, then it is not supported.

Sorry, what is SCL?

SCL = Software Compatibility List
As example for BE 21:

Thanks. But error shows up when I click on your link.
( I masked the error code, not sure what information it contains.)
"An error occurred while processing your request.
Reference #XX.XXXX.XXXX.XXXXXXXX"
I found the PDF version of the SCL of Backup Exec 21
https://www.veritas.com/content/support/en_US/doc/BE_21_SCL
There is really no mention of kubernetes products.
