Domino databases not being skipped in Open FIles backup

I have a Domino server backing up with Backup Exec 10d. The Job selection contains the following:

D:\*.* /SUBDIR
<servername>|D;\NOTEDATA\*.* /SUBDIR

Now the way it works on all my other servers is that the backup runs in 2 halves. First an open files backup of the D: drive runs and does everything except for the Domino databases contained in D:\NOTEDATA. Then a specific Domino backup runs to do those database files skipped in the open file section.

I've now setup a new server in the same way but this time when I start the backup it seems to be backing up all the Domino databases in the first Open Files backup.

Anybody got any ideas where I should be looking for the problem?

Did you set up a new Domino Server or a new Backup Exec Server?

Which version of Domino do you use?

And the last question: Did you ever tried a restore of this backup? Is this ok, or something missing?

best regards

Both Backup Exec and Domino have been install fresh onto the Win2003 server.
I think Domino is version 6.5.5
And although I haven't restored, if I go to select for restore , all the files are available from both d: drive and from Domino Databases
It's not a big issue in that I can setup an exclusion for .NSF files on the D: backup, but I'm just curious as to why this server need the exclusion whereas others don't
