Downgrade BE16 to BE15

We would like to purchase Backup Exec 2015 but I understand this product is no longer available.

1. Can I purchase Backup Exec 2016 Capacity Edition Lite – 1TB  and request to downgrade to 2015 version ?. What is the procedure required to apply downgrade?

2. What is the lead time to obtain the license key of Backup Exec 2015 version?

4. As we require license key for 2015 version, is there a trial copy of 2015 version available for download?

Why do you need BE 15 instead of BE 16?

You seem to be a new BE user so it would be better to use BE 16 with all the latest features and fixes, rather than BE 15.  Normally, downgrading is for existing users who cannot upgrade for some reason.

For licence downgrading, you need to contact the Veritas Licencing department.

No.  There is no trial version of BE 15 for download because it is not the latest version.

Saludos, en mi caso requiero un downgrade, ya que aun tengo servidores con windows server 2003 que si es compatible con la version 15.  Espero se pueda y quisiera saber el procedimiento. Saludos.
