Drive Missing

I am using BE 2010 version 13.0.  I am unable to find a drive on the server that I want to back up.  I did a remote connection to the server to verify the drive and it is on the server.

HAve you install the agent on server which you want to ackup and restart the server once agent is installed

Yes.  The agent is installed.  I can see everything on the server except the drive that I want to backup.

 In the selection list add the server under "User Defined Selection" and check if the 

 drive is visible.

You mean to say you are able to see all the other drives and options like c , system state but not this drive.

What kind of drive is this? Is it a shared lun or quorum drive used in cluster. If it is a cluster resource then it might be active on the other node and needs to be backed up from that node.

Hi Ken,

I think one of the other admins was working on the server and failed to notify us.
