Duplicate backup sets with same ID

I have created a duplicate backup sert form tape to a deuplicated storage

Now  when I am browsing the backup set after scrolling I got an error message:
"the queried backup sets contain two backup sets with the same ID"

I find this solution:

But in Backup exec 15 (14.2.1180.3160) i did not find "Catrebuildindex"  command.

Why a duplication cause this error and how can I solve this issue undex backup exec 15
