I run backup Information store on Exchange server 2007 by Backup Exec 15 FP1.
First I use backup to disk and then duplicate from disk to tape.
When I run this job, backup to disk job is fine but duplicate disk to tape fail.
The error show "0xe000848f - Insufficient disk space"
Can anyone suguest me how to solve this?

Possibly, due to insufficient space during the mounting of the Information Store.
You can confirm this by testing a backup directly to tape and see if it fails.
Create the following registry key on the BE media server where the disk storage resides~
Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Symantec\Backup Exec For Windows\Backup Exec\Engine\Exchange
Right click and add a new String Value, "OnHostTemp".
Right click and set the value of OnHostTemp to "C:\Temp"
You can ofcourse set the value of OnHostTemp to any local, NTFS volume on the BE media server server which has sufficient free space.
Restart the remote agent service and rerun the duplicate backup.

I have created registry key on BE server and restarted all services for BE server as below.
but when I run duplicate disk to tape job today, the result is still fail as below.
Did I do something wrong from your suggestion?
