Duplicated media into media set

Dear Support,

after running backup jobs, my media set contains some duplicated media automatically created! My media set was originally composed by 10 tapes (VXA 400Gb each), but now it contains 16 tapes! (number 5 present 3 times, 6 7 8 10 present 2 times each).

I am using Veritas 10d SP3 and an Exabyte VXA-172 Tape + Exabyte VXA 1x10 1U autoloader.

Like I said there, you are wasting your time unless you have gotten off of that RAID controller.

Thank you for help! I also think that these two issue would be related to each other. Do you think that the SCSI controlller would be the problem also if there isn't any volume at all connected to the chain?
