Can someone explain to me how the ERD process works.
We have created the disks but apparently they aren't bootable so I'm not sure what their purpose is?
Also, I tried to create a bootable ERD CD. I went through the Backup Exec wizard and choose a bootable cd. I put the image on the C: drive of the server and pulled the op system files from a Windows 2003 server cd. When the wizard completed all I had was an .ISO file? So I tried to create a bootable cd through my cd-writer software but all I ended up with was a cd with that .ISO image on it. How do I get a bootable cd that will just boot into the ERD procedure?
