We are trialling the Backup Exec 2010 email archiving option, however when we run the job it goes straight through and completes within 30seconds, archiving nothing. When it does this it doesn't show all the mailboxes selected in the job (we selected 5 mailboxes for testing, only 2 show in the log).
If I remove the mailboxes that are shown in the job log I get the following:
e00098a1 - No archive to process during this job run.

The user that the backup runs against has full access to the mailboxes, and is an exchange administrator, the Exchange is 2007 and the version of outlook on the media server is also 2007sp2
