Encryption doesn't apply to GRT backups??

Whenever I do a GRT backup on my Exchange server, I get a nice little IMG0000XX folder with all my exchange logs unencrypted (so you could just read anyone's mail). Encryption IS enabled for the backup.

Is there a way around this?

Am I the only one who uses GRT and encryption?

It seems like corporate Email would be one of the first things you'd want to encrypt...
