I have a Backup exec Server CASO 2014 SP2 it's a VM with Server 2012 R2

The managed Backup exec Server 2014 SP2 on Server 2012 R2 it's a physical server Ibm X3400 M3

I can't share the dedup storage of MBES with the Backup exec server CAS

Make a copy of the Data and Catalog directory under the BE installation directory. After reinstalling BE, use these saved copies to replace the new directories

and backup sets (deduplication) in the BackupExecDeduplicationStorage Folder is can  I copy / paste?

No.  After re-installing BE,  install the dedup folder again and point to the old dedup folder.
