Error 0xe000848 when restoring Exchange Public Folders

Backup Exec 10d, SBS 2003.

The error occurs with the following additional text - access is denied
I've tried creating the new 'symantec' user account as suggested on the Symantec Support site and that got me away from the 'can't connect to the resource' error (0xe000848c), but I can't seem to get around the 0xe0008488 error.

I've tried testing the Resource Credentials prior to running the restore and it says successful.

I'd be most grateful for any suggestions.

Hi,
can you assure, that the user, you created, is NOT a domain admin, as those may not perform a restore, since they are denied the "send as" permission.
