Error 1606. Could not access network location \\\C$\program Files\Symantec\Backup Exec\Data

Could not get the DLO Console.  So I tried uninstalling the option and reinstalling it.  Uninstall went fine but now I receive this error everytime I tried to reinstall it or even try to uninstall BE 12 completely.

Any insights???

For BE12.0 the registry key value will be different. (Instead of 13.0 it will be 12.0)
