We have a file server that is Windows 2003 Server SP1, we have installed on the server Backup Exec 9.0, we have had a few problems with it not backing up so systematic knowlegedge base recommended that it be updated to 9.1 which we did do. Everything seems to be working fine but when you start Backup Exec 9.1 it throws 9 messages up they are;
Two Times Could not find node INFO in config. Please answer yes to continue loading the settings, or No to exit the Backup Exec Installation program.
An then this Seven Times Could not find node ServiceResource1 in config ServiceResource1. Please answer yes to continue loading the settings, or No to exit the Backup Exec Installation program.
Could not find node ServiceResource2 in config ServiceResource2. Please answer yes to continue loading the settings, or No to exit the Backup Exec Installation program.
Could not find node ServiceResource3 in config ServiceResource3. Please answer yes to continue loading the settings, or No to exit the Backup Exec Installation program.
Could not find node ServiceResource4 in config ServiceResource4. Please answer yes to continue loading the settings, or No to exit the Backup Exec Installation program.
Could not find node ServiceResource5 in config ServiceResource5. Please answer yes to continue loading the settings, or No to exit the Backup Exec Installation program.
Could not find node ServiceResource6 in config ServiceResource6. Please answer yes to continue loading the settings, or No to exit the Backup Exec Installation program.
Could not find node ServiceResource7 in config ServiceResource7. Please answer yes to continue loading the settings, or No to exit the Backup Exec Installation program.
I have tried to search the web but have found nothing hopefully someone here will have seen this problem before.
