Error On Oracle Backup

Kindly Note That This Error Appeare When Trying Tack Backup From Oracle Server

Any One Can Help Me

The job failed with the following error: The database is in NOARCHIVELOG mode and is OPEN. To back up the database when it is in NOARCHIVELOG mode, the database must be MOUNTED but not OPEN.

I See The Link But I Dont Know How Can I Do The

• The database must be in Archive Log Mode.
• Automatic archival must be enabled.

Archive Log Mode

Automatic archival enabled

There are no "side effects" as such but best to consult with your Oracle DBA regarding your environment.
