ENV:
MS Windows 2003 Server R2 W/Service Pack 2
BE 11d : v7170 ; w/sp3; with patches: 47, 48, 5[1-4], 56, 5[8-9]
PROBLEM:
service pack 4 fails installation. obviously all the hotfixes are failing now also.
does sp1 & sp2 need to be installed, and if so will i need to reinstall sp3, before installing sp4?
i'm new to my company and inheired this beast
