Error V-225-53 Trying to install license codes for new Hyper-V agent

When I try to add the licence codes for the Hyper-V agent to my existing 12.5 server I get error V-225-53. Most of the other posts in the forum related to this message seem to be related to initial install or server upgrade.

Our Backup Exec server is fully patched via LiveUpdate and Windows update. Any Suggestions?

I just talked with Support about this very issue. It is working for us now. Here is the troubleshooting log from the support tech:
