Error a0008212 Library error - invalid element address

Hello,

I am after some advice after numerous hours and no solution!!

I am using the devices Compaq DLT8000 and Compaq SDT1000 minilibrary and expansion unit. It was working ok with my Veritas Backup Exec 9.0 but the tapes had been in the robotic library (cascaded) that long I decided to replace them with all new tapes. After replacement of the tapes when I do and inventory I get the above message. On looking at the Media it all looks good and on-line, showing all the new tapes allocated in the apporpriate slots. Can someone explain why I get the error message with regards to invalid element address???
