Error backup virtual machine windows 2003 BE 15 sp3

After upgrading the Backup Exec 15 with the last sp3, I have scheduled jobs of virtual machines with OS windows 2003. the jobs starts but never finish.

The job status shows as "Queued".

Is the remote server's remote agent updated as well with FP3 ?

Try recreating the backup job and also try if it runs to other type of storage or not.
