Error: e000fe30 - A communications failure has occurred

I first have installed
Veritas Backup Exec 9.1 for Windows Server 2000/2003
BWES 9.1 Library Expansion Option
BWES 9.1 Advance Open File Option w/CAL
on my Windows Enterprise Server 2003 for one year, and uninstalled them
before installed Veritas Backup Exec 10d/10.1 for Windows Server 2000/2003.

now
I have installed
Veritas Backup Exec 10d/10.1 for Windows Server 2000/2003
BWES 10d/10.1 Remote Agent (CAL) for Linux/Unix Servers
BWES 10d/10.1 Library Expansion Option
BWES 10d/10.1 Advance Open File Option w/CAL
on my Windows Enterprise Server 2003.

Installed Linux agent into Redhat AS3 server.
Installed RNAT32 in my Windows XP Professional desktop computer.

Linux backup job is working well now, but there is problem in Windows XP professional workstatipn backup. The error as the following:

After setup backup job, an Error occured and backup job stop.
Error: e000fe30 - A communications failure has occurred.

Maybe I need to open some port for backup on Windows XP pro workstation's firewall.

Please help.

Please check if the Port 10000 is open on the XP workstation. If not then please open it and check the results.
