Error "0xe00002fc" GRT Restore on Exchange 2010 SP1 with Hosting Mode

Hi NC,
i cannot restore Data with GRT on my Exchange 2010 SP1 which is running in Hosting Mode. Every Time I get Error Code "0xe00002fc" with description "Unable to restore any content for mailbox because the Microsoft Exchange Database that hosts that mailbox is offline or the mailbox doesn't exist".

Can anybody help on this issue? I Have allready updated to BE 2010R3 but makes no difference.
I found some other Community Entries with the same error, but no solution for this :( (e.g.: (https://www-secure.symantec.com/connect/forums/backup-exec-2010r2-exchange-2010-hosted)

I have also allready checked the Permissions and gave the Domain-Administrator "Get-MailboxDatabase | Add-ADPermission -user "domain\Administrator" -AccessRights GenericAll"

The Backup itself works absolutly fine!

Thx in advance,

-Bernd

Are you restoring from tape ? If so, have you tried duplicating the job to disk & then attempting the restore. Also, have you checked if the mailbox is not hidden from the Exchange list ?

Hi VJware,

i restore from disk (HDD).
The Mailbox is not hidden.
It must have something to do with the Running in Hosting Mode i guess!!!
