hello, we have Veritas Backup Exect 10.1 rev 5629 with servipack 1 y patchs 26,27,29,31 and 33. The S.O is Windows 2003 R2 32.
I have a problem when attempt to create an image iso cd with assistant IDR.
When the assistant this prepared to begin to make the image iso, leaves the following error:
"Intelligent Disaster Recovery Preparation Wizard" Error when opening "\\server\c$\program files\veritas\backup Exec\nt\idr\disk1\51ssetup1_es" the system cannot find the specified file.
Error when opening "txsetup_sif". The system cannot find the specified route
The file "51ssetup1_es" does not exist in that route but if that exists "51ssetup.esp".
can you help us?
