Error within the Remote GUI of BE 12.5 when try to manage User Accounts

Hello,

we´ve got the Problem that if we try to mange Useraccounts for Backup Resources within the Remote Gui then the Remote Gui crashes. If we RDP directly to the Backup Server and start the Gui then we have no Problems. But if we try to do this via a Remote Gui on a Workstation it crashes.

There is no Error Message in the Eventlog of the Workstation, only a Message that the Gui has encountered an Error and will shut down.

Any Ideas?

Have you recently installed any updates on your Backup Exec server.

Maybe there are some Hotfixes installed for BE and Windows, why you ask?

Try to run Live Update on the remote admin console and install all the latest hotfixes for Backup Exec.
