Errors - Library - Cleaning media was mounted - duplicate job to tape Symantec 12

I am getting these errors every day, I believe it has been since the Symantec Backup Exec 12 Upgrade I did, everything else is working ok.
I followed the instructions to clear out the Library entries in the database but just did another copy job and still getting the messages.  This is when I doing a duplicate job from disk to tape.

Please confirm that you have followed this Technote, which addresses your specific error:

Also, please check the system event log for any hardware-related errors, as this may be caused if the media is detected incorrectly as cleaning media.

Yes I did that yesterday, and my disk to tap copy job still had the same error last night.  I am not having another other issues, is there some settings I am missing with the cleaning media?  Should I not keep my cleaning tape in my drive even though I have plenty of spots?  I have a magnum 224 exabyte.

That Technote looks to this DBA (among other hats) like it just removes the error message from the history log. Am I wrong?

That was my understanding... that it just removed the error?

Sounds like crap to me?
