Maybe a month ago, we upgraded to Backup Exec 16, and we are running into problems. Sometimes we get a backup, many times, it fails. Windows Event Viewer is chocked full of Changer: MoveMedium() Attempt to lock slot failed and Changer: CreatePath() -(this one only a handful of times) errors. In the ADAMN we are also getting this error:

We are also getting controller errors, which is funny because I think we've replaced the removable drives with new ones already.
We are using Tandberg RDX QuikStor Removable USB3 with Tandberg RDX drives.
Our System Admin got mad at it, and threw it to me, so any advice would be wonderful.
