ESX 3i Update 3 server
VI Client 2.5 is installed
VCB 1.0.3 is installed
Backup Exec 12.5 + Trial of VMWare Agent installed
Backup configured to use
NBD Transport mode
Use VCB compact for VMDX files (checked)
Use GRT (unchecked)
Delete any existing VCB snapshots (unchecked)
Split into multiple 2GB files
Use the local media server as the VCB proxy
Getting the following errors:

I had the wrong version of VCB. Got it to the right version and it's working now.
I was using 1.0.3, needs to be 1.5.
