Hi,

 

When I get full back up,I faced an error.You can see error below,

 

"The shadow copies of volume G: were aborted because the shadow copy storage failed to grow."

 

Can you help me pls asap ?

Open the properties of the G:\ and click on the Shadow Copies tab. Click on Properties and ensure its set to No Limit.

Additionally, consider deleting older shadow copies if present and re-run the backup.

If running Windows 2003, consider applying this VSS patch and reboot the server - http://support.microsoft.com/kb/940349

Additionally, check the VSS diff area. Either you may have to move it to another volume or increase the size using commands such as vssadmin list shadowstorage, vssadmin resize shadowstorage
