Exchange 2010 Backup Troubles

Hello,

We have the following Probems with the Exchange 2010 Backup.

We have the following Systems / Versions:

Exchange: Server 2010 Version 14.02.0247.005

Exchange Operating System: Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise

Backup Exec: 2012 Version 14.0 Rev. 1798

The User has the right privileges and, of course, we have the MS Exchange Agent. Do you have any Idea?

hmm, something is wrong with the VSS, make sure that service is started and follow steps here to diagnose it

Thank you for the quick Answers.

Some further Information:

1) We have only one Snapshot Provider intsalled (MS)

2) All Writers are Stable now (vssadmin list wriers)

3) I will run the VSS trace, maybe we see some errors.

Any other ideas?

You can try to explicitly select the VSS provider.
