I solve this error - it was MS Cluster problem, but have new error - 0xe000fed1.

Is this with the GRT check boxes enabled in the job (which is NOT supported for Exchange 2013 yet)?

No. GRT is off.

Have you installed Remote agents on all the nodes of the DAG?
You need have the bakcup account should be a domina admin and added in the local admin of all the nodes associated to DAG
You should be able to expand all the nodes from backup exec.
You need to give the backup acocunt exchange admin rights in exchange 2013
The bakcup accout should have a mailbox associated and active (mails sent and received)
The DAG should be online (check the cluster administrator)

0xe000fed1 looks like a VSS error
On the mail box server where the DB is mounted (both active and copy)
Open a command prompt with the adminstrator rights
do a vss admin list wrriters
See the state of the exchange writer

Have you installed Remote agents on all the nodes of the DAG? - Yes, install to all node
You need have the bakcup account should be a domina admin and added in the local admin of all the nodes associated to DAG - I use domain admin account.
You should be able to expand all the nodes from backup exec. - Done.
You need to give the backup acocunt exchange admin rights in exchange 2013 - Done.
The bakcup accout should have a mailbox associated and active (mails sent and received) - For what? It's means for restore mailbox - not needed now?
The DAG should be online (check the cluster administrator) - Online

...what was left out of the post above is that all the writers must be stable and running. If not, then they're in error and a server restart should fix this.
Thanks!
