Backup Exec is on Windows Server 16 and job is for backing up Exchange Server 2013 running on Windows Server 2012.
I have two separate backup job for exchange backup.
First job only backups system state and c drive. This works well.
Second job only backup mailbox. This gives me error during full backup.

Under the "Advanced Open File" > Use snapshot technology is unchecked.
Still i get above error.
On exchange server, i saw event viewer and during middle of Veritas backup process, it throw one error:
Even ID: 2034
The Microsoft Exchange Replication service VSS Writer (Instance 589234a3-d319-4b77-984a-0cd07ae2c3ad) failed with error FFFFFFFC when processing the backup completion event.
pls help to resolve this.
