Hi,
I'm having the following problem:
Exchange Backup (GRT) fails with this error "Database was not found, or could not be accessed". the backup job run up to 95% then it fails.
I'm running BE 11.0 Rev. 7170 with the latest updates on Windows Server 2003 Enterprise.
Updates:
Service Pack 1
Hot Fix 19
Hot Fix 22
Hot Fix 23
Hot Fix 24
Hot Fix 27
Hot Fix 26
Exchange Backup (GRT) Backup job was running ok, but this problem occurred right after I updated BE 11.0 Rev. 7170 with the latest updates, and applied Exchange 2003 Service Pack.
Is there any workaround for the above error? Do I need to update the remote agents too after applying the latest Service Pack & hotfixes to 11.0 Rev. 7170
Can anyone help me?

Thanks for your reply, but where can I find the updated BE remote agent under which directory, because when I push the agent to a remote server it doesn't work properly. I always copy the file from BE11.0 CD and install it locally on the remote servers. so if i install it from the CD it wont be the updated remote agent.

The problem got resolved without updating BE remote agent, In the Backup Job Properties, go to Resource Credentials and make sure the logon account used to connect to the server is also set to connect to all subdirectories (resources).
