BackupExec 2015, Exchange server 2010.
My backup was running fine till the end of the last month, but..the Exchange server goes down because the Transactions Logs was not backuped and cleaned.. I was checking my Policy and I noticed that the Information Store was not in my Policy...weird because I was before...
Now I dont know why I dont see and can't select the Information Store in my policy...
I attached 3 screenshots, the last one is the account test.
Does the system account was changed? does we need to reboot the Exchange?
I restarted the agent on the Exchange server as well.

Make sure the BESA has rights as per the TN below:

Also check and make sure the license is actually installed correctly on the media server...
