Exchange backup failing since upgrade to 11d

Upgraded from BE 10 to 11D and getting the following errors on the exchange server.

When you upgrade unfortunately you need to at least redo your selection list. If that fails you need to delete all jobs, poliicies and selection lists and recreate the lot.

As a matter of interest did you upgrade your agents and make sure that the server and agents are all using the same account?

Yes,
I had to ugprade all the agents - It's backing up the file server and all other servers alright but when backing up the Exchange server I get these messages -
I have reinstalled the agent into Exchange and I had recreated the jobs -
The backups are basically a full backup every night

Turn your logging up a notch tools/options. You will get more information of where the backup is falling down
