Execview and java

We have a server that has java 5 installed on it. Then when i tried to install execview it crashed out. Once i uninstalled java 5 then installed Execview it went on fine. Are execview and java 5 not supported.

What error did you get when installing Execview ?
Refer to the following document on how to install Execview:

What is the present version of Java that is running on your server ?
And which version of Ececview are you using ?
Execview needs Java 1.2 but could work with other versions also.
