Hello,
I'm currently working on a backup plan and need to put into a spreadsheet how much data each job backs up and the time windows of each job etc. I'm doing this since I'm backing up to disk and tape and need everything to be organized to what the current statusis and what needs to be changed.
How can I export all this from BUEX to a spreadsheet?

take a look at the Media Set Report in the canned reports

Yeah I saw that but I wish they had a report that told you the time your jobs start and finish and how much data they use on average per job. Seems they have everything but.

Hmm
You could try a custom report
or if you are good at scripting, you could whip up something to parse your job logs
