We backup 430GB on tape. We don't do backups on disk.

We use remote agents and at this moment we work with version 12.1. In January 2009 we will upgrade to version 12.5. Our network between the servers is 1Gbps and at night, there is a little activity on our file server. Do you need more information?

Primarily that you will need to update the remote agents on the other servers to the 12.5 version. It may work not doing that, but you would be asking for problems if you didn't. They are technically only supported for rolling upgrades.
